I was up at 7:30 a.m. cleaning out the garage for the installers for 8:30 a.m. yes they did arrive on time, the older gentlemen was in quiet a hurry. Drove up our road slammed on brakes backing into our driveway was very fast. I was uneasy about this as there were already two other cars in driveway I do not understand what the hurry was. When I spoke with him I felt I was in his way. Told him I was up early cleaning garage to make his job easier and he said nothing. I just did not feel that he wanted to be there. The younger helper was very helpful and pleasant. He chatted with me and I felt like he cared what I had to say. We all have bad days, but when you work in customer service you have to put on a happy face like it or not. I will order another door again from you guys. Hopefully in the far far future. ha ha.
