The spring on one of my garage doors had broken earlier this week. I went online and filled in a service request form. My cell phone rang less than five minutes after completing the form. I was asked if today would work for the replacement to be installed. When I confirmed, the All-Mont service technician was at my door within an hour of my initial enquiry. Incredible service!

25 year old door rusting apart, tried to claim lifetime warranty here is the response; no thanks: The warranty is a pro-rated life time warranty and since the door was originally installed in 1997 the cost of the section reflects that. Section cost $764.10 and Labour charge for us to install $125.00 + applicable tax.
Again as per my note the White of your current door is no longer available as well so the new section will not be an exact match to the existing white.

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the manufacturers limited lifetime pro-rated warranty that came with the garage door in 1997. We as the installation company do not control the warranty laid out by our manufacturers. The warranty information from Garaga is very clear and there is no question when read that it is a pro-rated warranty.Excellent service

No hesitation to recommend. I rated professionalism of sales advisor and quality of product 4 stars because they really were not applicable. Professionalism of installer and experience were rated 5 stars as this were the key factors.
